The Grant Writing Assistance Program provides funding support to help organizations secure grants outside of PCCF. PCCF partners with Littleberry Press, which offers resources and expertise in grant funding, prospect research, and proposal writing for K-12 schools and nonprofits. Approved applicants will collaborate directly with Littleberry Press. The PCCF team reviews requests from eligible organizations throughout the year on a rolling basis. Requests are accepted and assessed on a first-come, first-served basis until the year’s funds are depleted.

The Community Data Dashboard offers key information on Mental Health, Substance Use and Addiction, Early Childhood Education, Workforce, and Housing in Putnam County, enabling our partners to deliver informed and meaningful support to the community.

Nonprofits can apply for grants that build their organizations’ capacity through our Community Impact, Small, and Youth Grant programs.
