Neysa Meyer leads the Putnam County Community Foundation with a focus on thoughtful stewardship, strategic vision, and community impact. She works closely with PCCF’s Board to guide the Community Foundation’s direction while supporting the philanthropic goals of donors across Putnam County.

Originally from Avon, Indiana, Neysa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Indianapolis and completed graduate studies at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.…more She began her career abroad with the United States Peace Corps, an experience that sparked her lifelong commitment to service, and later continued her nonprofit work with an international service organization. She joined PCCF in 2018.

Neysa is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Putnam County Chamber and the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance. She and her husband, Adam, live just outside Greencastle with their daughter, Charlee, and enjoy staying connected to the community they serve.

Dean Gambill leads PCCF’s scholarship programs and builds meaningful relationships with donors, helping connect generosity with opportunity. Since joining the Community Foundation in 2011, he has played a key role in supporting students and strengthening community ties.

Dean earned his undergraduate degree from Lincoln Christian College and pursued graduate studies at Lincoln Christian Seminary. A lifelong baseball enthusiast, Dean played competitively for many years and later coached at his alma mater.

Outside the office, Dean serves as an Elder at Greencastle Christian Church and is a member of the local Kiwanis Club. He enjoys home improvement projects, sports, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and growing family. Known for his collection of trivia and fun facts, Dean brings curiosity, humor, and a genuine love of people to everything he does—because he believes everyone has a story worth hearing.

Jenny Neureiter oversees PCCF’s grantmaking efforts, working closely with nonprofit partners and donors to ensure a thoughtful, impactful, and positive experience. She brings a collaborative spirit and deep community knowledge to her role, helping ideas turn into meaningful action.

Julie Thompson manages PCCF’s financial operations, ensuring strong stewardship of assets while supporting the organization’s mission with precision and care. Alongside her financial expertise, she brings attention to detail and a passion for serving others to the PCCF team.
