Executive Director
Neysa Meyer leads the Putnam County Community Foundation with a focus on thoughtful stewardship, strategic vision, and community impact. She works closely with PCCF’s Board to guide the Community Foundation’s direction while supporting the philanthropic goals of donors across Putnam County. Originally from Avon, Indiana, Neysa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Indianapolis and completed graduate studies at Indiana University–Purdue University. …more

Dean Gambill leads PCCF’s scholarship programs and builds meaningful relationships with donors, helping connect generosity with opportunity. Since joining the Community Foundation in 2011, he has played a key role in supporting students and strengthening community ties.
