Community Impact Grants
The Community Impact Grants program seeks to meet community needs through broad, flexible grantmaking. Community Impact Grants are funded by the Putnam County Community Foundation’s Community Impact funds and unrestricted endowments, which are designed for the general benefit of the community.

Application Period: March 16–April 24, 2026

Eligibility
- Requests within this program are $5,000 or greater.
- Requests for Community Impact Grants must relate to at least one of the following areas of interest: Animal Welfare, Arts and Culture, Civic and Community, Economic Development, Education, Environment, Health and Human Services, Nonprofit Capacity Building, Recreation, and Youth Leadership.
- Interested organizations must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to be invited to submit a full application.
- Organizations that have received grant funding within the past year must be in good standing with all PCCF reporting requirements to be eligible to submit a new request.
- Grant requests that address one or more of the top needs identified in the Community Needs Assessment will be given special consideration. This includes Substance Use and Recovery, Mental Health, Educational and Career Advancement, Housing Solutions, Quality Healthcare, Opportunities for Youth, Food Insecurity, and Early Care and Education. Proposed projects outside of these focus areas are still welcome to apply.
